Data Deletion Request

We value your privacy and your right to control your data.

Automatic Deletion (Via Facebook/Instagram Settings)

If you have authorized our app via Facebook or Instagram, you can request data deletion directly through your settings:

  1. Go to your Facebook/Instagram Settings & Privacy.
  2. Navigate to Apps and Websites.
  3. Find "CharacterBug" in the list.
  4. Click Remove.
  5. Select the option to "Delete posts, videos or events [App Name] posted on your timeline" (if applicable).
  6. Click Remove again to confirm.

Once removed, Facebook will send a "Data Deletion Request" to our servers, and we will automatically purge your associated user tokens and cached data.

Manual Deletion Request

If you are unable to use the automatic method or wish to ensure all data is removed, please contact our Data Protection Officer:

Please include: Your Instagram Username or User ID.

We will process manual requests within 30 days.
