By accessing and using the CharacterBug website ("Service"), operated by TheMarketBug LLC, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

The Service is a digital portfolio and content management display tool integrated with the Instagram Graph API. It is provided "as is" and is intended for the display of AI-generated character narratives.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.

4. Intellectual Property

All content displayed, including images, text, and character designs, is the property of TheMarketBug LLC or its content creators, protected by copyright laws.

5. Meta Platform Terms

This Service uses the Instagram Graph API and is subject to Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We are not endorsed by or directly affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Service without cause or notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TheMarketBug LLC be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.
